The Victoria Neighbourhood Forum is in the process of creating a Neighbourhood Plan for Victoria.
We are delighted to to let you know that the Victoria Neighbourhood Plan (and supporting documents) were formally submitted to Westminster City Council and went through the process of public consultation under Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012. The consultation ran from 24 March to 19 May 2025.
Following this stage there is an examination stage which can take around six months. The Council is appointing an examiner to review the Plan.

What is the VNF?
The Victoria Neighbourhood Forum (VNF) brings together businesses, residents and community representatives to work in partnership to make Victoria an even better place.
Who can join the Forum?
- Anyone that lives or works in the Victoria Neighbourhood Area
- Representatives of community groups and local Councillors
Why join the Forum?
- Have a say in planning and development across Victoria
- Propose projects to improve the local landscape and public realm through the Community Infrastructure Levy
- Feed into the vision of the Victoria Neighbourhood Plan, which will form part of Westminster City Council's planning framework for the area
As a member of the Forum you can help influence air quality, cycle parking, green space and much more.
